Once a photography session has been performed your session fee is non-refundable. There is $20 a non-refundable deposit with every session. No online galleries or social media sneak peaks will be posted until all payments are made.
patterson photography reserves the right to use images for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. all images and previews remain the exclusive property of patterson photography.
rescheduling/cancellations
-ashlee patterson reserves the right to reschedule any session due to illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather. if a session cannot be rescheduled due to cancellation, your deposit will be refuned.
-if you'd like to cancel a session it must be 24 hours before your session in order to get your deposit refunded.
-if you are 30 minutes (or more) late to your session you will have to reschedule, your deposit will be lost, you will have to pay a new deposit, or you can pay a $10 late fee.
-1st time rescheduling client will not need to provide another deposit. this is only if you have contacted me about rescheduling 24 hours before your session. 2nd time rescheduling deposit will be lost and you will have to put down a second deposit.
-what does a lost deposit mean? this means your deposit will not be refunded nor will it be put towards your total cost.
